Five offers, one profile, and an obvious way to book
Tosin Osuntubo is a data-driven decision strategist. Event organisers and executives need to work out the fit quickly, so the site makes the five offers and the evidence easy to scan.
The client
Tosin Osuntubo is a data-driven decision strategist who builds cultures that think and lead with data. She works with executives, teams and organisations across speaking, capability building, coaching, analytics design and decision strategy.
What the site had to do
- Five distinct offers separated, so a buyer finds theirs fast
- Evidence, because advisory work is bought on proof
- A visible point of view, since expertise has to be demonstrated
- One booking route rather than a general contact form
What we built
1
Five offers, each on its own terms. Speaking and Workshops, Data Culture and Capability Building, Leadership Coaching and Mentorship, Analytics and Insight Design, and Decision Strategy and Advisory. An events organiser and a chief executive are buying different things and can each find theirs.
2
Case studies where buyers look for them. Advisory and speaking are bought on proof, so the work sits on the site rather than being promised on a call.
3
Insights that demonstrate the expertise. Published thinking, so the claim to be a strategist is shown rather than asserted, which is what gets someone shortlisted for a keynote.
4
A stated position. Data culture is not built by tools, it is built by people who think differently. A clear line an organiser can quote when putting her forward internally.
5
One way to start. Book Speaking as the standing call to action, with three enquiry routes and a contact page that asks for the brief.
What the site does now
- Separates the five offers so each buyer finds theirs
- Publishes case studies and insights as evidence
- Carries a stated point of view organisers can quote
- Keeps Book Speaking as the standing call to action

More website work
Economic development
A site that answers partners, not just a homepage
After every pitch, interest arrived and went nowhere. Now there is a programme to read and an enquiry that reaches a person.
Logistics and contracting
Three services, separated, with one way in
Consulting, logistics and business services set out separately, with a direct route to a quote.
Bakery and confectionery
A bake shop with a catalogue, not a phone number
Breads, cakes, snacks and drinks browsable by category, with ordering and customer reviews on the page.
Which part of yours is still manual?
Bring the thing that is stuck. We will tell you straight whether a website fixes it.
