A supplement shop, not a catalogue with a phone number

Eclat Vitality sells health and wellness supplements in Nigeria. The site is a full shop: searchable, priced in naira, and finished at checkout rather than in a DM.

The client
Eclat Vitality sells health and wellness supplements in Nigeria, carrying recognised international brands across women’s health, men’s health, vision, immunity and general wellbeing, positioned as science-backed wellness for working professionals.
What the site had to do
  • Search, because supplement buyers arrive knowing the product name
  • Product detail, as these are considered purchases with real questions
  • Checkout in naira, since a foreign price loses the sale
  • A human channel, because supplements always raise a question
What we built
1
A shop built around search. A search bar at the top of every page, because someone looking for a specific supplement types the name rather than browsing categories.
2
Product pages that carry the detail. Each product with its dosage, format and count, which is exactly what a buyer compares when choosing between two similar supplements.
3
Naira pricing and a real checkout. The whole range priced locally with cart and checkout on the site, so the sale completes without a conversation.
4
Wishlist and comparison. Supplements are a repeat purchase and a considered one. Saving for later and comparing options is how they are actually bought.
5
An account and a human. Customer accounts for repeat orders, plus WhatsApp for the questions people always have about dosage and suitability.
