If you are a local business, you should adapt to your own timezone and figure out when your followers and audience are mostly online. If you are trying to boost your engagement and to gain more followers, consider your location and timezone to figure out when it is effective to post. To help you out with that, here’s the best time for you to post on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter!
Instagram – 11 AM Wednesday & 10-11 AM Friday
TikTok – 9 AM Tuesday, 12 PM Thursday, and 5 AM Friday.
Twitter – 11 AM – 1 PM Monday, Thursday and 12 PM-1 PM Monday, Wednesday
Note: All of these are in EST
