The client
Primmer Language Institute has been teaching since 2011, with more than ten languages, ten thousand graduates and thirteen years of teaching behind it. It also provides accommodation and study support for students moving abroad.
What the site had to do
- Courses listed by language and level, because that is how students search
- Credibility, since language schools are chosen on track record
- A booking route that does not need a phone call
- Content for the majority who are still deciding
What we built

Courses by language, then by level. French, Chinese, Hausa and Spanish, each with levels and what is included, so a prospective student can place themselves before they enquire.

The track record, up front. Established since 2011, ten thousand graduates, thirteen years of teaching and expert instructors, stated where a visitor sees them first.

Book a Class as the standing ask. The same call to action across the site, with three enquiry forms and WhatsApp for the questions that come before booking.

Resources and a blog for the undecided. Most visitors are not ready to book on a first visit, so there is something for them to read that keeps the school in the running.

The services around the teaching. Language learning alongside accommodation and study support, which is what students relocating abroad actually need, plus a student login for those already enrolled.
